These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of the website www.femmeliora.com (the “Site”), regulating the relationship between “Femme Meliora” EOOD and the persons using the online store on the website www.femmeliora.com.

Any natural or legal person who has agreed to these General Terms and Conditions and uses the site to purchase goods, hereinafter referred to as “User”, “Customer” or “Buyer”. Individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to use the online store to conclude contracts for the purchase of goods. By registering on the site, the User (natural person) declares that he is an adult (over 18 years old).
Products
Through this site “Fеmmе Meliora” EOOD offers the User for purchase of a wide range of goods, including clothes and accessories, by placing an online order, delivery to the address specified by the User and payment of the respective purchase price by the User.
Terms of purchase
The user can shop on the site as a guest or as a registered user. The registration procedure is completely voluntary and free of charge. The user must fill in all fields marked with an asterisk. After registration, the User can change the entered data at any time. In the event that the User provides out-of-date, incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate data, the Company is not responsible for inaccurate performance of the contract and, in addition, has the right to immediately and without notice suspend the maintenance of the User’s registration and access to his customer profile.
Signing a contract
Заявката за поръчка на продукт се счита за направена с попълване на съответната регистрационна форма, съдържаща данни за получател, място на доставка, параметри на поръчания продукт, количество, цена и начин на плащане. Заявката се счита за подадена след натискане на бутона: „Запознах се с Общите условия и ги приемам“ и натискане на бутон „Завършване на поръчката“. Това действие е правно обвързващо. С подаване на заявката се счита, че Потребителят изрично се съгласява да приеме изпратеното му от Дружеството потвърждение на поръчката по електронна поща за предоставяне на информация и потвърждение на сключения договор, по смисъла на Закона за защита на потребителите.
Веднага след направена поръчка, Дружеството изпраща на Потребителя e-mail – съобщение, с което потвърждава поръчката или го уведомява за липсата на заявената стока. Договорът за онлайн покупка на стоки се счита за сключен след потвърждение на конкретната поръчка от страна на „Фам Мелиора“ ЕООД. С изпращането на потвърждението страните се считат за обвързани от условията, описани в настоящите общи правила, както и от Закона за защита на потребителите.
Prices
All prices of goods on the site are in Bulgarian leva, include VAT and do not include delivery costs. For each product announced on the site, there is one price indicated – the price at which the product is offered in the online store. In the case of discounted and promotional goods offered by the Company, two prices can be indicated on the Site – the initial price of the goods before being reduced (with a scratch) and a second price – the price at which the goods are offered after the discount applied by the Company. The purpose of the announced higher price, in these cases, is to present to the User the possible savings from purchasing a product at a promotional price.
The company tries to constantly check that all prices indicated on the site are accurate, without, however, being able to guarantee the absence of errors. In the event that an error is detected in the price of an ordered item, the Company will inform the User as soon as possible and give him the opportunity to reconfirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it. If the Company is unable to contact the User, it will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is canceled and the User has already paid for the ordered goods, the entire amount paid will be refunded.
Payment method

The declared cash on delivery value (the price you should pay for the purchased goods) is paid by the consignee to the courier upon delivery of the package, together with the value of the courier service and cash on delivery.
Delivery
Requested and confirmed orders are processed and delivered to Ekont courier agency within 3 working days from the day of their confirmation. The time of delivery to the User by the courier company depends on the delivery address specified by the Customer. Delivery to the city of Sofia and most populated areas is carried out on the next working day, and for smaller populated areas within up to 3 working days of their dispatch.
The User shall accept any possible extension of the delivery time due to delay due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Company, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. The ordered product is delivered in packaging suitable for its type.
We offer free delivery for all orders in amount of BGN 100 and above.
For orders below BGN 100, the cost of delivery is not included in the price of the product and amounts to:
- BGN 6.00 – to Econt office or Econtomat;
- BGN 7.56 – to the customer’s door, for addresses in populated areas with an Econt office;
- BGN 9.36 – delivered to the customer’s door if there is no Econt office in the town.

We send our orders with the option review and test for greater customer satisfaction.
In case, the User wishes to redirect the shipment to another address, he should pay the additional service. If the shipment is redirected to another address due to a wrong or incomplete address provided by the User, the additional service will be charged again.
In case of lack of communication and impossibility to deliver the shipment, the online sales contract is automatically terminated and the goods are returned to the Company.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the User at the moment when the User or a third party indicated by him, other than the courier, accepts the goods.
Cancellation
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch.

Returns and Refunds
The User has the right to withdraw from the Agreement by returning the goods purchased through the online sale, without indicating the reasons for return. The User can return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods.
The costs of returning goods are borne by the User.

The Goods returned within the time period above are accepted if the following conditions are met at the same time:
- The goods are in their original packaging;
- The goods are not used, have a damaged appearance or are stained;

- Must have the Femme Meliora logo hang tag attached. Goods with missing or attached but removed tags will not be accepted for return;
Until the time of delivery of the returned goods to the Company, the risk of its destruction or damage is borne by the User.
Special conditions for the return of specific goods
Lingerie and swimwear cannot be returned unless delivered damaged or defective. The damage/defect must be ascertained at the courier’s office or in the presence of the courier making the delivery. Products that are sold as a set must be returned as a set. Goods must be returned in their original, undamaged boxes/packaging as they are considered part of the product. Shoes with soiled soles or soles or tops with signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to user accounts immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason at our discretion, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

The collected personal information about the user is used only to fulfill the concluded contract for the purchase of goods and for marketing purposes and is not provided to third parties, with the exception of the courier company that performs the delivery of the goods, as well as in cases where it is requested by a state authority or a competent institution and the procedure provided for in the law is observed. By accepting these general conditions, the User gives his unconditional and indefinite consent, until possible written cancellation, for the personal data provided by him to be used by Fam Meliora EOOD or persons authorized by the company (including, but not limited to, a courier company). for the purposes of fulfilling the contract for online purchase and delivery of goods, as well as for other purposes not prohibited by the current legislation.
