Returns

You can return any product purchased on the website within 14 days from its receipt, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Swimsuits and underwear are exempt from being returned unless delivered damaged or defective. The damage/defect must be ascertained at the courier’s office or in the presence of the courier making the delivery.

There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted:

  • clothes with obvious signs of use;
  • clothes that have odour such as perfume, smell of cigarettes, etc.;
  • clothes that are not in their original condition, are damaged, torn, stained, washed or have missing parts or the original labels;
  • any item that is returned later than 14 days after delivery.

Shipping Returns

Inform us that you request a return or exchange by sending email to: contact@femmeliora.com, or using your account profile on the website. You need to send us a filled in Returns Form, along with the package you return.

To return an item, you must send the item together with a completed and signed Returns Form чрез куриерска фирма Еконт Експрес, до „Фам Мелиора“ ЕООД, офис на Еконт, гр. София – Борово. Във Формуляра за връщане е необходимо да посочите банкова сметка, по която искате да ви бъде възстановена продажната цена. Щом получим върната стока и след като се уверим, че отговаря но горепосочените условия, ние ще възстановим стойността на закупения от вас продукт по посочената от вас банкова сметка в срок от 7 работни дни.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and verified, we will email you to let you know if your request has been approved/rejected in accordance with the above return conditions.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns made with another courier company or by means other than the instructions above will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (need a different size, color, etc.), you may do so! Please contact us via email, phone or our social media pages to confirm the availability of the products you want. If the products you want are available, you can return the item (within the terms set out in this Returns Policy) together with an attached, completed and signed Return/Exchange Form, and we will send another shipment with the desired item.
